475plus harvesting small grain

The 475plus Kemper header is here attached to a 8500i SPFH of John Deere. The 7.5 meter wide header does an excellent job in whole crop silage. Contractor Alfred Melchers from Nordwalde, Germany is harvesting rye in this video. Melchers likes the fact that he can use his standard maize header without further ado in whole crop silage. Because of the sufficient cutting heights and the ideal length-wise crop intake towards the SPFH, the 475plus makes sure that row ash is clearly decreased and chopping quality is increased. The crop is directly cut for a Biogas plant in Germany.

460plus harvesting small grain in les Hautes Alpes

Kemper presented the multifunctional use of the 400plus series in les Hautes Alpes (FR) early in July. A 460plus attached to a Claas 930 harvested small grain during the field demonstration in the south-east of GAP.

Header of Kemper can be used for harvesting corn, small grain, sorghum, miscanthus etc.
The multifunctional use of the header increases the economic feasibility.

Study 2020 world's largest forage harvester head

Being the first company worldwide, Kemper introduces a 20-row harvester attachment that recently passed initial and promising field tests to customers, sales partners and manufacturers of agricultural machinery

Kemper's "Study 2020" meets the trend for constantly increasing working widths. Investigations have been carried out primarily on practical aspects such as maximum adequate working width, functionality and weight. Logistics and silo capacities have also been taken into account.
