Patented TwinCut™ roller profile

Our special heat treatment and hard chromium plating process gives all our rollers a high
level of material quality and resistance to wear. The precision-manufactured rollers are
dynamically balanced for smooth operation at high speeds. Their high abrasion resistance means a large number of users have benefitted from a long service life. All shafts are replaceable through-shafts. If a shaft is damaged due to a failed bearing (caused by dirt or grease residue), your Kemper does not need an entirely new roller as only the affected
shaft can be replaced. This way you spend less money for repairs

TwinCut™ spiral-grooved roller profile:
Creates a wool-like crop structure for high nutrient yields and completely cracks open the kernels while the residual plant is perfectly split and frayed..

Additional equipment

Useful options

For special operating conditions, KEMPER offers some advantageous equipment for the ProfiCracker™ that makes work easier.
Grease lubrication
Attachment to the existing central lubrication system of the forage harvester.
Oil mist lubrication
The lubrication system can be quickly and easily connected to the compressed air line. The oil evaporated by pressure is fed into the bearings and slide rails. Protection against dirt and the ingress of dust and dirt into the bearings is prevented by overpressure.
Temperature monitoring
Continuous monitoring of cracker storage temperatures.
Electric gap adjustment
Enables precise and convenient adjustment of the roller spacing directly from the cab.
