Crackers with roller diameters of approx. 200 - 280 mm in sawtooth and TwinCut™ profiles can cover all processing requirements: Corn silage short cut and long cut as well as whole plant silage.
Low-wear rollers reduce replacement intervals, the unique oil lubrication protects bearings and increases service life, and integrated temperature monitoring reliably prevents breakdowns.
Our special heat treatment and hard chromium plating process gives all our rollers a high
level of material quality and resistance to wear. The precision-manufactured rollers are
dynamically balanced for smooth operation at high speeds. Their high abrasion resistance means a large number of users have benefitted from a long service life.
