The fully integrated ComfortRide transport system for the 400pro series combines transport undercarriage and transport protection in a single system. Separate protective covers or additional transport equipment are no longer necessary. The 400pro impresses not only during harvest, but also on the way there. With the integrated ComfortRide system, it offers a smooth ride and maximum flexibility when traveling on roads. In transport mode, the header rests securely on the integrated transport chassis. The 360°-rotating wheel ensures maximum maneuverability and makes it easier to maneuver even in tight spaces or around tight curves. Large-volume tires reliably compensate for road irregularities and ensure a smooth and comfortable ride, even on longer transport routes. In working mode, the transport chassis folds up compactly. This maintains an unobstructed view of the harvesting operation and preserves the header’s full performance during harvesting.
The integrated ComfortProtect transport protection system for the 400pro series combines transport protection and road lighting in a single solution. Separate protective covers or additional transport equipment are no longer necessary. ComfortProtect can be moved into transport position in just a few seconds with the push of a button directly from the cab. This enhances ease of use, saves time when changing fields, and ensures greater safety during road transport. Thanks to its full integration into the attachment, the transport guard is ready for use at all times and significantly simplifies the transition between field and road use.

the largest 400pro series header. It is characterised by six identically sized
drums used to feed the crop into the forager.
A consistent crop structure begins with your header. Only if the crop is neatly consolidated before reaching the centre of the header, the amount of excessively long stalks and silk will be minimised.
The combination of the stepped, transverse feed drums and a new, contoured bottom plate ensures the crop is distributed uniformly across the full channel width, delivering an even crop flow to all forager components. This way, nothing will slip through.The MultiSpeed four-speed gearbox enables you to adjust the header speed – with or without a variable header drive –easily to any cutting length.
