Note on Muster ABE and Re-inspection

On this page, you will find all Muster we still have on file for historic KEMPER products.

Unfortunately, due to a change in ownership in the 1970s, our records from that time are no longer complete. Each vehicle originally came with a General Operating Permit (ABE), but in many cases these have been lost over the years.

For legal reasons, we can only provide general type approvals (ABEs) markedMusterThis Muster is specifically intended to facilitate a new inspection by TÜV or DEKRA.

Please note:

• If the ABE is lost, a new inspection is generally required.
• Documents that do not contain a matching chassis number will not be accepted by the relevant authorities.
• Experience shows that the cost of a re-inspection at partner testing facilities is often in the low three-digit range.
