Central e-mail account to contact customer support

How does the central e-mail account work?

Type your message to the customer support division at Kemper. Your mail will be visible in our systems. The service team can see your request and answer quickly. If you dial the new service hotline all service people will get your call.

Of course you can contact our employees seperately with the actual telefone numbers.

With this new system KEMPER improves the respondtime and give you a better availability. The new e-mail account is available the 1st of march.
